Express orders are processed the same day when possible if
the order is placed before 11:00am
Eastern Time, otherwise
they will ship the next business day after the order is
placed.
Order Processing Time for
basic ground shipments normally takes 5 business days and the shipping time depends
on your location. See
the chart below to get an idea of the approximate time it takes
to receive an order that is sent using basic ground shipping.
Shipping:
Basic Ground Shipping is
done using USPS and UPS. The cost for ground shipping
varies with the amount of your purchase. Please see the
chart and map located below for more detail. For orders requiring "next day","2nd day" or "3 day select" shipping,
or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and international destinations,
additional shipping charges will apply and will vary depending
on the destination, method of shipment, weight and dimensions
of your shipment. Therefore, the exact shipping charge
can only be determined once your order is placed and packaged. Express
Shipping: Our
shopping cart will show a minimum charge
for these express services. Some
larger sized orders will exceed these minimum charges.
In those cases, we will bill your credit card for the
additional fees incurred. If
you want to know the exact express shipping fees prior to
having the order shipped, then you will need to contact us by
phone (866-372-6872) or e-mail (sales@1partysuppliesandfavors.com)
before or immediately after placing your order. For same day shipping of express orders, the order must be placed by
11:00am Eastern Time.
Hawaii and Alaska:
We offer USPS Priority Mail
Service to Alaska and Hawaii since there is no GROUND service. Simply
place your order with our shopping cart and choose one of the
ground shipping options. Since the cost of your priority
mail service will be more that basic ground shipping, we will
bill your credit card for the additional amount incurred.
International Orders:
We are happy to process
international orders. Simply
place your order with our shopping cart and choose one of the
ground shipping options. Since this won't be accurate,
we will email you the actual shipping cost for your approval
prior to processing your order. Be sure to include a
working e-mail address with your order information.
A reminder:
international shipments could be subject to import fees, taxes
and tariffs. We have no control or authority over these fees.
It
is in your best interest and responsibility to find out what
fees, if any, may be applicable since you will incur the
costs.

RETURNS
Products that are unopened and undamaged
can be returned for a refund within 30 days of
purchase. All items should be in their original (new)
condition. Returned
packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exceptions are packages that have been mishandled by
our facility/shipping area (mis-directed
or mis-picked). Upon
return the credit memo will be adjusted accordingly and
resulting credit will be issued to you bases on your payment
method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping and handling is not
refundable. Be sure to include all pertinent
information with your return. This will include a
copy of the packing slip/invoice that shipped with your
products, your
name, credit card number and exp. date, invoice number, phone
number, email address, etc.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard &
American Express and Discover, personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
Personal checks must be deposited and cleared before we can
begin processing your order.
You can place an order online, using
your credit card and our secure shopping cart. If you
do not wish to use your credit card online, the shopping
cart will allow you to choose other methods (fax, phone,
mail) to send your payment. Please follow the
instructions given by the shopping cart. If paying by
